Dolphins are not the lovable creatures that people assume they are. They can be very aggressive and violent. Often they will attack even individuals of there own kind and make a game of killing it. They are also very sexual as another poster mentioned and have on some occasions hurt people trying to engage in their version of foreplay. I know of instances where they've almost drown women in a sexual frenzy and wouldn't be surprised if a drowning has actually happened. If someone washed up on shore, who would even consider that they were drown by a pod of sexually aggressive dolphins?
