Uploader comment: Here's an example of donut bokeh, like the stuff often shown on ISS images. All you need is something either too close or too far away to be in focus, and a lens with a central obstruction - eg mirror or catadioptric or 'reflex' lens designs.

You are mistaken. That is clearly Orbs, some sort of Indian Burial Ground you have taken a picture of there to get so many entities in one shot!
