Image credit: What IS it??

Uploader comment: I took this river picture with my digital camera over the 4th of July camping trip. It was taken a few minutes after the sun set. This is the blown up image. I'll try to post the original that shows this image over the water. What the heck could it be? I did absolutely nothing to create this thing!
