Google crop circle logo mystery

I've updated the blurb for this article because while the source article and several others i've read have stated that the letter "L" is missing there is clearly an "L" shape in the image even if it is less clear than the other letters. I think perhaps its intended to suggest that the "L" could have been 'abducted' like the "O" in the previous logo which is why it isn't so pronounced. Technically the letter 'l' is missing from the crop circle formation. It is an artifact of an earthly origin that allows some to see the 'l' in the image and not a celestial one. The name of the image is "goog_e". The "l" is even missing in the image name. I clicked over to the image tab of goog_e as well. It does seem as if google is trying to create it's own unexplained mysterie by creating these new logos.

On the comments on the actual news report site, someone commented that there was a big UFO conference happening that week right near Google's headquarters. That would make sense. I'm sorry but I have to lol a little at the people who say it's Google's help in a scheme to slowly leak info of UFOs to the public. Oh, and poster above me, it's Nazca lines. Nascar lines are what Jeff Gordon studies to improve his laptimes.

I agree, they are beautiful. True works of art. I applaud the people who take the time to make these cool things. (Though I imagine the farmers are not very happy!) Well, I can see the L, it's got the green thing at the top of it - crop harvester whatever. I noticed it on the day too but usually if you hold the cursor over the logo it tells you what the google piccy is about, providing a link but not this day. If there was a UFO conference near google HQ, I suppose that might be it, but it's odd google didn't make a reference to it.
