It is unusual to hear a new excuse. Something unique. And I do believe this lame explanation does qualify.

So far, nobody's posted any evidence to contradict his account. Typical knee-jerk skepticism!

I can't believe that the authorities have never revoked his licence before this tragedy occured. Given his mental illness he should never have been behind the wheel of a car in the first place.

I do hold this mans doctor accountable (in no small measure!),for this terrible tradgedy!!...I mean the Doctor whom diagnosed this mans condition(paranoid schizophrenia)..put him in charge of taking his own medication ,and then sending him out into the real world!(And not even thinking that such a patient would not be safe to drive'a ton of potential accidental misery') on the public highways!!...I know, that it seems like'righteous hindsight!..that i'm spouting!...But I really do think that this sad mess could have been avoided!!..And the Doctor was the best placed individual to have effected...
