Two planets, two stars, one system

Astronomers have discovered two Jupiter-like planets orbiting two close sister stars.
A discovery like this is unusual because binary star systems tend to possess disruptive gravitational effects that would normally prevent planets from forming.
Two massive Jupiter-like planets were recently discovered orbiting around two extremely close sister stars – an unexpected find, given the disturbing gravitational effects within most binary star systems that usually disrupt planets from forming.
