Mystery surrounds trail of 'Bigfoot' tracks left in deep snow in Maine

Bigfoot.
Could the prints be those of Bigfoot ? Image Credit: Midjourney
A short video clip shows a series of large footprints indicating a stride much greater than that of any human.
In a report submitted to the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization (BFRO), the witness - who hails from the Wells area of York County in Maine - found the tracks in the woods behind their home back in February.

There had been heavy snow and wind beforehand and the snowfall was thick on the ground.

The tracks themselves were around 7 - 8 feet apart and continued for quite some distance.

Due to the size of the tracks and the large spacing between them, they were clearly not human. The witness noted that it took him two full strides to cover the distance from one print to the next.
So could these be the tracks of Bigfoot, or something else ?

One interesting suggestion was that the prints could have been made by a bobcat or lynx that had been bounding through the snow, landing each time with all four paws together.

You can check out the video of the tracks below.

Who or what do you think created them ?

I know him personally. I guided for Mike Argano from the BFRO.  He's a con-artist.

No problem. Bad widower holiday, so I'm sort of dopey anyway.

He probably wouldn't agree with that characterization, but I would think he knows enough after decades to have an informed opinion of the OP tracks.

He took a lot of money for a Pine Barren expedition. Rented a Humvee, booked a hotel in AC and left his followers hanging, which is why I guided for the BFRO for that fiasco....FOR NO MONEY WHATSOEVER!

OK, but here the subject is the OP tracks. He probably justifies those expenses that I don't care about.
