The briefing will be the latest in a series of events designed to encourage disclosure of information about UFOs.
Ever since footage of UAPs captured by US Navy personnel was leaked to the public back in 2017, there have been increasingly prominent calls for the government to release everything it knows on the topic and a growing acceptance of these objects as a subject of concern and importance.

There have already been several congressional hearings on UFOs, with government officials, military personnel, scientists and even intelligence community whistleblowers revealing detailed accounts of encounters with unknown objects both in the United States and elsewhere.

This latest hearing, which is due to take place on May 1st, will see a number of prominent figures - including Harvard scientist Avi Loeb and former AATIP head Luis Elizondo - meet with the goal of examining the topic of UAPs and its implications.
"The open, livestreamed event will feature Members of Congress and leading experts who will offer a science-driven perspective on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), formerly known as unidentified flying objects (UFOs)," the website states.

"Discussions will examine the implications of UAP for science, national security, and innovation."

"In an era marked by rapid advancements in aerospace, energy, and artificial intelligence, the significance of UAP has transitioned from fringe curiosity to a matter of central importance."

"This nonpartisan briefing will convene esteemed figures from the realms of science, defense, and technology to discuss the multifaceted aspects of UAP."

When something is too good to be true it requires a lot more additional checks to be proven as a fact. There were too many actual scientific discoveries made in professional labs which turned out to be misinterpretations, and here we have something which defies the known laws of physics. It requires investigation, not talking. As far as I know only Avi Loeb is actually trying to investigate these things within his project Galileo. Here is a white paper on his Dalek UAP detector, the first in the planned array of tools which will be installed in the several dedicated observatories.

Extraordinary claims require (demands) extraordinary evidence! ... and in this case there is none! All we have here (as usual) are wacky radar numbers and blurry images. Thats extremely far from enough to claim that we are dealing with some new and exotic phenomenon.   Claim: UFOs have been conclusively shown to exhibit extraordinary capabilities. Analysis: FALSE. There is currently no conclusive or widely accepted evidence that UFOs exhibit extraordinary capabilities beyond what is possible with known human technology or natural phenomena. While some reports suggest extraordinary capabili... [More]

So you are saying that, if these eyewitnesses were sure that the UFO were exhibiting extraordinary capabilities then we have good evidence for ET visitation. ...and if (like in this case) they werent sure at all, then that is also proof that we are being visited??? Wonderful logic you got there. ?

“You’re right that big claims need strong evidence, and you want hard proof. Let’s look at what we do have and why it’s stronger than you think.”   Your skeptic’s argument hinges on the assertion that UAP (UFO) claims of extraordinary capabilities lack “extraordinary evidence,” relying solely on “wacky radar numbers and blurry images.” You dismiss these as insufficient to support claims of exotic phenomena, concluding that no conclusive evidence exists beyond known human technology or natural causes. Below, I provide a point-by-point rebuttal to this position, leveraging U... [More]

Just to clarify, is this all your own writing or something that was generated by an AI ?

It's kinda scary if that's his own writing, not about the contents but about the efforts. I hope not.

Its obvious that he asked an AI to refute my post. Did you read it?? The content is incoherent technobabble... Its AI word salad!

I am not masochist to read it.
